At Manan, we supply CE and UKCA certified boat hoists, straddle carriers, and port cranes. We work directly with boatyard operators, harbour authorities, marina developers, and industrial site operators to specify, supply, and commission equipment that works for their site. Every unit we supply is built to order against approved drawings, load tested at our factory, and commissioned on site by our factory engineering team. We act as the single point of contact from specification through to handover - and beyond, for warranty and aftersales support. Our equipment is used at commercial boatyards, working marinas, port facilities, and industrial sites.
Manufacturing
Manan Cranes operates one of China’s leading rubber-tyred crane manufacturing facilities, producing mobile boat hoists, straddle carriers, gantry cranes, and port cranes for customers worldwide. With over two decades of production experience and hundreds of machines in operation worldwide, our factory builds at a scale and standard that few lifting equipment suppliers can match.
Every machine is engineered to order. Drawings are approved before production starts, components are specified to our standards, and every unit is fully assembled and load tested at our factory before it ships. Customers are welcome to visit our factory and attend the acceptance test in person — we consider it an important part of the process and are happy to facilitate your visit.
The engineers who build your machine are the same engineers who travel to your site to commission it. They know the equipment inside out because they built it - guaranteeing the highest quality of production and operation once your machine is commissioned.
Process

Confirm Drawings & Quotation
We review your site, capacity requirements, and operating conditions, then provide a detailed specification and budgetary indication. No commitment required at this stage.
02
Manufacture
Equipment is built to approved drawings, with factory acceptance testing before shipment. You or your representative can attend the FAT, or we can arrange third-party inspection.
03
Commission
Factory engineers attend your site to lead assembly, functional testing, and operator training. A site acceptance test confirms the equipment is operating correctly before handover.
